As part of activities to mark the 14th Convocation Ceremony,
the Caleb University Alumni Network will hold the ‘Alumni Trade Fair’, a creatively exciting event that brings together entrepreneurs, business owners, and alumni across the globe, on Monday 20th January, 2024, at the Imota Main Campus.
Prof Nosa Owens-Ibie, Vice Chancellor, Caleb University, notes that “this event is a first in our Convocation history, and marks the beginning of an initiative to celebrate our alumni entrepreneurs and showcase Caleb University as a breeding ground for solutions providers, locally and internationally.“
The Alumni Network President, Dr (Architect) Christian Odefadehan, stated that the Inaugural Fair, has been designed to provide a platform for alumnae entrepreneurs to showcase and sell their products, promote, innovation, networking and entrepreneurship, which Caleb University is renowned for, as Africa’s best private university in research and entrepreneurship
A statement by Olawale Adekoya, Information, Media and Public Specialist of Caleb the University, affirms that the event’ is another programme that assembles businesses, entrepreneurs, and investors from across the world to showcase their products, services, and innovations, and to connect with potential customers, partners, and investors. It promises to
celebrate the achievements of alumni and afford a campus-based platform for networking and career development.
