Chairmanship candidate for Odeda Local Government, Hon. Dr. Folasade Adeyemo, has expressed her heartfelt appreciation to the Apex leaders and people of Odeda Local Government Area for their unwavering support and belief in her leadership.

In a press statement, Dr. Adeyemo extended her gratitude following her successful emergence as the party’s flag bearer for the upcoming Local Government elections.

“I am profoundly grateful for your unwavering support and dedication, which has contributed immensely to my emergence as the party candidate,” she said.

“Your faith in my leadership and commitment to our shared vision for Odeda Local Government has been a source of strength and inspiration for me.”

Dr. Adeyemo also acknowledged the collective efforts of the leaders and party members throughout the primaries, which she described as rigorous yet transparent.

“The primaries were a rigorous and transparent process, and I am deeply honored by the outcome. This victory is not mine alone—it belongs to all of us. It reflects the unity, strength, and democratic principles that define our party,” she remarked.

In her message, Hon. Dr. Adeyemo expressed deep gratitude to key leaders, including the Governor of Ogun State, Prince Dapo Abiodun; the Deputy Governor, Engr. Naimot Salako; the Secretary to the State Government, Chief Yemi Sanusi; and several other prominent party leaders and officials.

“I am particularly grateful to His Excellency, Prince Dr. Dapo Abiodun, our Governor, as well as all our party leaders, for their unwavering confidence in me,” she noted.

She also appreciated the APC State Chairman, Chief Yemi sanusi; Speaker Ogun state House of Assembly, Rt. Hon Oludaisi Elemide; Senator representing Ogun Central, Sen. Salisu Afolabi Shuib; Engr Akeem Babatunde Adesina fnse, Sen Olugbenga Obadar; Pa fajinmi amongst others.

Extending her appreciation to all participants of the primaries, she acknowledged the role of fellow aspirants in enriching the process and strengthening the party’s internal democracy.

“I would also like to acknowledge and appreciate my fellow aspirants for their participation in the primaries. Their involvement demonstrated the vibrancy of our party’s internal democracy, and I look forward to working closely with them as we pursue our shared vision for the future.”

Dr. Adeyemo promised to lead Odeda Local Government with integrity, transparency, and dedication, while emphasizing her commitment to good governance.

“Together, we will continue to build on our progress, ensuring that the people of Odeda Local Government enjoy the dividends of good governance. I am fully aware of the great expectations, and I pledge to work tirelessly to lead us to victory in the upcoming election.”

In closing, she thanked the entire community of Odeda, the FASO team, women, youth, and men of the local government for their continued support, expressing confidence in their collective success in the forthcoming elections.

“I remain confident that, together, we will succeed and lead Odeda Local Government towards a brighter, more prosperous future,” she concluded.
