The Abeokuta South All Progressives Congress (APC) Chairmanship aspirant, Hon Sunday Akamo has expressed his gratitude to those who supported him while aspiring to flag the Party ticket for Abeokuta South Local Government.
Hon Akamo who contested the APC party primary but couldn’t get the Party ticket said he accepted the outcome of the Primary while assuring that he will support the Party candidate in ensuring that the Party wins the November 16 Chairmanship election.
He said he appreciated the Party leaders, members and all supporters for their unflinching support while the campaign lasted , assured that his loyalty to the Party remains highly unshakeable.
Hon. Akamo particularly appreciated the support of Ogun State Governor, Prince Dapo Abiodun and other leaders of the Party in the State.
He thanked Dr. Femi Majekodumi, Chief Sunday Sowunmi , Henry Fagbenro (Party Chairman) Aare Remi Bakare, Hon Tajudeen Egunjobi (SA on Housing) .
Chief Mrs Oluwakemi Abeke Oloyede (Iyaloja of Egbaland), Sheik Iskeel Lawal Sugar (The Wakeelul Muslimeeen of Yorubaland Edo & Delta).
Dr. Ade Abolurin, the immediate past Commandant General of the Nigerian Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), for standing by him while the consultation lasted.
