Ogun CUPP reacts to Court ruling declaring that AGF lacks power to prosecute offences under Electoral Act

The Ogun State chapter of CUPP has reacted to the court ruling declaring that the Attorney General and Minister of Justice lacks the power to prosecute election offenders.

Otunba Femi Soluade, the Ogun State Chapter Chairman of CUPP on behalf of the body, while reacting to the ruling congratulated HON KAMORUDEEN LADI ADEBUTU for the victory  describing it as an hard earned victory at the Federal High Court Abuja .

This is one sweet victory of a Prey over his Predator. “The victory of evil over good is temporary” and this is a triumph of good over evil which is commendable as it has halted perpetually the political witch hunt plans of the Behemoth in power to disqualify Hon ADEBUTU from the 2027 Governorship race

This victory is a confirmation of the age saying and analogy that “The evil that men do now lives with them”,the victory was triumphantly celebrated in celestial heaven and it’s so marvelous in our eyes…

CUPP Congratulate a doyen of opposition Political parties , dogged fighter , irrepressible and undisputed Icon of OGUN modern democracy , His Excellency Hon LADI ADEBUTU for putting pins in the deceptive balloon of a monster who shielded his head under the mortar after shooting evil arrows..

CUPP therefore by this release caution other opposition political parties who made themselves available as political guinea pigs and willing tools in the hand of the ruling party in OGUN STATE to stop and look at themselves in the mirror if they are really looking good in their past activities in endorsing illegalities to henceforth get serious and get to work by building their individual party formidable in order to win elections in 2027 instead of silly endorsement and evil ideas that ultimately leads to perdition and resentment.

While it is not part of our mandate at the State to expressly endorse any candidate in the state,it does not prevent credible alliance with serious opposition parties to produce a formidable candidates after the heart of God that is not averse to opening a new visita in building enduring democracy, and promoting progressive ideas in Forming a Government of State Unity where men of good conscience and bubbling ideas can contribute in unvailing it’s potentials and moving our state forward.

We opined that the recycling of same spent redundant personnel is counterproductive, retrogressively dancing in a circle like” motion without movement.”

This Victory has now opened up a clear path for Hon Oladipupo Adebutu to present himself in the service of Ogun State , with Gubernatorial candidates of other opposition political parties in 2027 without hindrances from the current grossly incompetent political gladiators .
