The company said this year’s theme, “Give to Gain,” aligns with its corporate philosophy of creating opportunities that enable women to thrive across technical, operational, and leadership roles.

According to JMG, empowering women is not only a social responsibility but also a strategic approach to building stronger institutions and more resilient communities.

The firm noted that when organisations deliberately provide women with access to opportunities, mentorship, resources, and leadership platforms, the benefits extend far beyond the workplace.

It added that such investments often translate into stronger businesses, thriving communities, and sustainable national development.

Operating at the forefront of power generation, infrastructure, and electrical technical solutions, the company said diversity remains essential for innovation and growth in engineering and technology.

JMG explained that by investing in women across its technical teams, operations, and management structure, it continues to strengthen productivity while driving innovation within the organisation.

Chief Commercial Officer of the company, Rabi Jammal, said the theme of this year’s celebration highlights the direct link between opportunity and sustainable progress.

According to him, organisations that intentionally support women’s growth ultimately benefit from improved performance and wider societal impact.

“The theme ‘Give to Gain’ perfectly captures what sustainable progress looks like. When we give women access, trust, and the right platforms to excel, we gain stronger businesses and a more prosperous society,” he said.

Jammal stressed that gender inclusion is not merely a corporate policy within JMG but a principle that shapes the company’s operational culture and long-term growth strategy.

He explained that empowering women in the workplace contributes significantly to creativity, innovation, and balanced decision-making.

The company further noted that its commitment to gender inclusion extends beyond internal workplace policies.

Through capacity-building initiatives and skills development programmes, JMG said it continues to create opportunities for women to participate meaningfully in Nigeria’s industrial and infrastructure growth.

It also highlighted the importance of equal opportunity practices in building a workforce that reflects the diversity of the society it serves.

According to the company, initiatives focused on mentorship and technical training are helping more women develop careers in engineering and related fields.

JMG maintained that these efforts are designed to support long-term empowerment rather than short-term recognition.

The firm also stressed that inclusive growth remains a key factor in achieving sustainable development within the country’s industrial sector.

It reiterated that companies that invest in people, particularly women, are better positioned to contribute to national progress.

JMG added that empowering women in engineering and technology sectors will play a critical role in shaping Nigeria’s economic future.

With expertise spanning power generation, solar power systems, electrical solutions, air compressors, cooling systems, and elevators, the company said it remains committed to delivering value to customers through innovative and reliable services.

The company concluded that fostering gender inclusion will continue to remain central to its vision of building a stronger workforce and a more sustainable future.
