2027: Ogun ADC Vows to Wrestle Power From APC, Assures of People Oriented Administration
The African Democratic Congress, ADC Ogun State chapter has stated preparation and its readiness to contest and win all elective positions in the 2027 general elections schedule in Ogun State
The Ogun State Chairman of the Party, Otunba Dr Femi Soluade (FBAU) stated this while speaking with newsmen in Abeokuta.
Dr Soluade said as a serious political Party in the State which obviously has become a bride once again through its concerted repositioning efforts is making inroads, building strong synergies, harvesting new members and departed old members are also returning in droves because they believe they now have dependable and trustworthy leadership that will not compromise standard and political ethics to achieve their desire that will take them to the promised land .
“It is my pleasure to let you know that we are wooing political heavyweights to the fold of OGUN STATE ADC, rather than joining a coalition that lacks ideology and focus, we have adopted an option of working with people of like minds who share same ideology with our party in taking power at all strata of elective positions rather than selling our party for mundane gains..
Dr Femi Soluade who is also the State Chairman of the Coalition of United Political Parties, CUPP, said ‘ADC has decided to work together to awaken the sleeping giants and be on the match again now with focus, vigor, commitment and dedication by strategizing to ensure the unseat of APC in Ogun State by embarking on serious campaign and putting on the table a better option, selling our manifesto to the people of Ogun State.
Ogun State ADC as currently constituted going thru serious reformation is the only alternative to the present shenanigans going on in the State. We are more united now than ever despite some setback because we have a manifesto that is grassroot based and people oriented.
Soluade therefore urged ADC members to remain united,focus and committed towards the 2027, by ensuring that all its candidates are elected in order to bring about a true change into governance
“I empathize with our people, and wish to inform them that there is hope at the end of the tunnel, We admonish that Our people will continue to join and support the ADC overwhelmingly for the Party to salvage the already battered maladministration of the APC led government in Ogun State. So we must all know that people and party cohesion is key to victory.
