Jigawa Governor Namadi loses son 24 hours after mother’s death

Barely 24 hours after the passing of his mother, Jigawa State Governor, Umar Namadi, has suffered another tragedy with the loss of his eldest son, Abdulwahab Namadi.

Hamisu Mohammed Gumel, Chief Press Secretary to the Governor of Jigawa State, confirmed the incident to Salient Times.

Abdulwahab Umar Namadi tragically died in a fatal car accident while travelling from Kafin Hausa to Dutse.

According to reports, Abdulwahab lost control of his vehicle, causing it to somersault.

While Abdulwahab died at the scene, his friends who were with him sustained various degrees of injuries and are currently receiving treatment at Dutse General Hospital.

The remains of Abdulwahab have been transported to Kafin Hausa for burial.
