The Senior Special Assistant SA to president Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu on Special needs and Equal Opportunities, Mohammed Abba Isa has shown his commitment to reposition the Federal Civil Service Staff with Disabilities Multi-purpose Cooperative Society

However, Abba Isa convened a strategic meeting with executives, board members, and other stakeholders.

The meeting, held at his office, aimed to address the challenges faced by the cooperative.

Those in attendance included Mrs Ndidi Rita Okonta, Mrs Nwakwesi Chizoba, Mr. Onogwu Paul Inyang, Mr. Adekunle Saheed A., Mr. Adamu Isiaka A., Barr. Osuji Vincent, Mr. Adewale Olatunde, Mrs Maryam Abdulazeez, Ina Edindu Obaze, and Mr Stanley Onyebuchi. Staff from my office, including Mr Lanre Oloyede, Mr Felix Okoli, and Miss Odika Ezinne, were also present.

The purpose of the meeting is to analyze the challenges facing the cooperative and find solutions. He expressed concern that the cooperative had not lived up to its expectations and stressed the need for a reorganization to fulfill its mandate for Persons With Disabilities (PWDs).

He emphasizing the importance of reviewing and repositioning the cooperative, while assured the attendees of my maximum support in restoring peace and achieving the cooperative’s goals.

He, also encouraging an open and interactive discussion, and urged participants to share their thoughts and overlook differences to contribute to the cooperative’s repositioning.

“Acknowledging complaints about bad leadership and financial impropriety, noted the necessity for a thorough examination of the situation.”
