Actress and filmmaker Toyin Abraham has announced that her latest film Malaika is currently her highest-grossing film with N300m in the cinema.

The 41-year-old shared the goodness in an Instagram post on Friday, with an appreciation message to her fans and followers.

“Thank you GOD and thank you to everyone who have seen Malaika,” she wrote.

This comes weeks after Toyin Abraham said she is aiming for N300m after announcing that Malaiak has made N284m in one month.

Malaika premiered at the cinema on December 22, 2023.

The film stars Toyin Abraham, Emeka Ike, Abike Shugaa, Muyiwa Ademola, Carter Efe, Ibrahim Chatta, Uzor Arukwe and Ruby Ojiakor.
