We rejoice with entire Labour force, entire working class and appreciate them for their resilience and doggedness.

“You have raised your voice against the violation of human rights and manifest insensitivity of the outgoing administration, and you have shown your commitment to good governance by standing on the path of the truth.

“You have spoken against harsh anti-people policies and the corruption ravaging the outgoing administration, and your voice have continue to hunt the anti worker policies of the government which has created acute hardship, poverty and destitution in our country today.

Labour Party therefore urge all workers to continue to defend our democracy by standing against incessant constitutional violations, interferences and anti people policies of government.

There can be no economic growth without the contribution of workers and there can be no national development without economic development,“Our workers play crucial roles in all we attain as a nation and that fact needs to be recognized always.”

“On year 2023 May Day, LP urges workers not to relent in their efforts to help grow the economy, adding that the Workers represent the mainstay of our economy because without them, there could be no economic activity of any kind.
