Former Governor of Cross River State, Donald Duke, has claimed that his photograph was used as that of the presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress for the 2023 polls, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, in some of the documentaries promoting the ambition of the National Leader of the APC.

One of the documentaries was run on Television Continental, which has ties with the former Lagos State Governor.

Duke was quoted on Wednesday as saying that the photo in Tinubu’s documentaries was of himself (Duke) when he was 12 years old.

He said, “I am the boy in the picture, not Tinubu as they claimed in their documentaries. That photo was taken when I was 12 years old during my school years at the Federal Government College Sokoto, in Sokoto State.”

Duke is a member of the opposition Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).

The All Progressives Congress’s presidential campaign council had yet to respond to the claim.
