Hon. Olanrewaju Kazeem Sokunbi, the Ogun State Action Democratic Party Governorship candidate has promised to provide massive human and infrastructural development in the state if elected as governor of the state.

Hon. Sokunbi made the promise at the Action Democratic Party, ADP stakeholders meeting held at the Party Secretariat in Abeokuta’.

The meeting recorded a large turn out of ADP supporters from the 20 Local Government Areas of the state.

Sokunbi said he would pursue infrastructural development projects across the state.

“We plan to generate employment opportunities for the teeming youths in the state through various youths and women empowerment programmes.

“Our administration if voted for will impact positively on the lives of our people at the grassroots through an array of projects across health, education and empowerment sectors.

“My administration will employ many youths and women, thus drastically reduce redundancy, poverty and unemployment pressure among the people of the state,” Sokunbi said.

In her remarks, the Chairman, ADP in Ogun State , Amb. Yeye Olufunke Olanrewaju commended the turn-out of ADP supporters in the special meeting put in place to discuss the presidential campaign rally of the party scheduled for February 11th, 2023 at Ake Palace ground, Abeokuta.

“This is a strong indicator that ADP is a strong political party in the state, urging party stakeholders to work for the victory of the party in the general elections.

“I am appealing to the people of the state to take us by Our words as a measure to vote Hon. Olanrewaju Kazeem Sokunbi and all ADP candidates,”.

She urged people of Ogun State to vote for Sokunbi as a protest against the oppressive rule of APC government in the State.

According to her, the party has planned massive grassroots and urban development across the 236 political wards of the state, if it is voted for.

Some of the Party leaders present include Mrs Oluronke Oseni, Deputy Governorship candidate, Mr Wasiu Olalekan Hassan, (Seriki Igbore) Mr Musibau Olayinka, a.k.a Igbalaye
