Who is Muyiwa Fajimi
He was born and grew up in Abeokuta, Ogun state, Nigeria. He is from the Fajimi family of Owu Totoro Abeokuta.
Education
He had his primary school education at Ogun International Montessori School in Abeokuta. He attended secondary school at Abeokuta Grammar School. He traveled abroad, specifically to the USA for international exposure. While in the US, He studied Economics at the University of Georgia and later bagged a Bachelor of Science in Business Management at Colorado State University followed by a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership and Global Management from the same university. Muyiwa Fajimi is preparing to begin his PhD in Economics by reviewing various global universities. Mr. Oluwamuyiwa Fajimi is also currently pursuing his PhD in Public Administration from National University. He has multiple certifications and licenses namely, Applied Strategic Management, Managing Business Fundamentals In The Global Marketplace, Foundations of Organizational Leadership, Communication, Critical Thinking, and Comprehensive Mortgage Loan Originator Certificate.
Personal life
Muyiwa Fajimi believes in helping humanity which was a major foundation to every step of his life. As a leader in both primary and secondary school, he joined other leaders in changing the situation of people in his home country and abroad through his involvement with many nonprofits, hospitality industries, governmental agencies, and non-governmental agencies. Career History
Muyiwa Fajimi is a positive person with over 12 years of experience in Financial Services. He has respect for individuals and loves to prepare them for success with useful information, excellent service, and a positive spirit. His areas of expertise include Credit and Mortgage Origination, Retail Management, Small Business Consultancy, Sales and Marketing, Microfinance, Women’s Empowerment, Healthy start-up growth, Profit/Loss turn-around, Strategic Planning, and Hotel and Restaurant Management. In 2007, he launched Ultimate Financial Consultancy Limited, where he was the Founder and CEO from 2007 to 2011. Part of his core assignments was to supervise consulting teams by providing direction, establishing goals, and projecting outcomes for improvement, fostering both independence and a cohesive, productive team environment. In 2011, He launched Ultimate Microfinance Limited where he was the Founder and COO from 2011 to 2013. He developed a 5-year business plan for the company to become a fully licensed business bank. He distributed funding from various sources to fund small to medium businesses and projects. He provided business planning and business operations support for those receiving funding. He also started Devote Global, Corp. in Atlanta, GA, USA where he was the Founder and CEO from February 2017 till the present. He was responsible for start-up planning, fundraising, marketing and social engagement, operations, and pre-launch activities. He later joined the Bank of America in GA, USA as a Financial center Partner from 2017 to 2019 where he recommended appropriate financial solutions and trained team members to identify opportunities. He is the CEO of Diamond Dumpling LTD, Fajimi Farms LTD, and the CEO of Lion’s Trail LTD.
Political Career
He has always been a youth activist and concerned about the development and empowerment of the youths, poverty eradication, and good governance. His ambition for politics is purely driven by repeated calls from his people to come around and represent them at the local level. In 2011/2012, he ran for the office of chairmanship of the Abeokuta North State Constituency under ACN. In 2015 he also ran for Ogun state House of Assembly under PDP where he dropped out of the race early. In 2019, there was a political faction in the PDP, based on that, he contested under two tickets both the Federal House of Representatives and Ogun State House of Assembly under one political party, the PDP. He is passionately concerned with the growing poverty among his people and feels that it is so shameful that as heavily endowed as Nigeria is, many people are still struggling with poverty.

His Opinion on Development Of Tourism To Tackle Arbitrary Rise In Dollar Against Naira
One of the things the West has discovered is that Tourism has become one of the biggest industries even in Africa and the World wants to be part of it. So apart from investing in Tourism, it should be the private agenda. The government can do more by helping subsidize those things needed for the industry to thrive.
On Technology-Driven Economy
I am an economist, One of the things I think Our Government and the nation need is Technology. We are moving very fast into the Technology World. Material is still missing product, so tech is just a product, so if we don’t move very fast and develop the product in Nigeria we are going to be lagging. An example is the United States. The Country move from Industrialization to advanced technology. So In Nigeria, before we moved into tech development, we needed to design products and one of the things that made me do this is that we needed to design the product. My product, Diamond Dumpling, or Diamond Group, which is in the next one year is going to be in all the South Western parts of the Country and later in all States of the Federation.
The first thing we did was to have Our prototype, which is Diamond Dumpling in Abeokuta. Today anybody who has visited Abeokuta and come here will see that this is the best Restaurant we have in Abeokuta, we have a fine environment, and we serve African and Chinese cuisine, It’s a premium restaurant with the grandeur of a high-class environment & outdoors when at Diamond Dumpling, you will enjoy an apex level of comfort and satisfaction.
