Mob burns suspected thief to death in Akwa Ibom

A suspected thief was burnt to death by a mob in Uyo, the Akwa Ibom State capital.

According to a Facebook user, Okoro Chinemerem, who posted photos of the charred remains of the suspect, the incident happened along Ikpa Road on Friday morning, March 15, 2024.

Details of the incident are still sketchy at the time of filing this report.
