As part of activities marking the Sallah celebration and in a demonstration of compassion and community support, the Convener of the Sabiticket Movement, Alhaji Dauda Ismail Mameh, popularly known as Chamama, has distributed bags of rice and other relief items to beneficiaries across the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).

The outreach initiative, which attracted beneficiaries from different communities within the FCT, was aimed at easing the burden on families and ensuring that many households could celebrate the festive season with joy and dignity.

According to him, the Sabiticket Movement is committed to promoting humanitarian values and supporting initiatives that positively impact the lives of ordinary citizens. He added that the movement will continue to engage in people-oriented programs designed to bring hope and improve living conditions within communities.

Beneficiaries who received rice and other items expressed gratitude for the gesture, describing it as timely and impactful amid prevailing economic realities. Many commended Chamama for remembering the people and putting smiles on the faces of numerous families during the celebration period.

The National Coordinator of the movement, Mr Eric Osigbeme hinted that the distribution exercise further reflects the growing role of community-driven initiatives and philanthropic efforts in supporting social welfare and strengthening the bond among citizens by His Excellency, Alh Dauda Ismail Mameh.

As Muslims across Nigeria and beyond celebrate Sallah, the gesture by the Sabiticket Movement stands as a reminder of the values of generosity, compassion, and service to humanity that the season represents.
