In a public notice issued by the society, the Management Committee disclosed that the allegations were thoroughly investigated by its Investigative Committee following concerns raised over the contractual dealings between the co-operative body and the firm.

According to the statement, the committee reviewed relevant financial records, documents, and statements connected to the transaction and found no evidence implicating Dr. Rotimi in any fraudulent activity or financial impropriety.

The committee specifically stated that there was no proof linking the co-operative president to acts of embezzlement, misappropriation of funds, or any form of financial misconduct in relation to the transaction under investigation.
