Ebonyi Council Boss Distributes Relief Materials To Over Four Hundred Flood Victims

Ebonyi Council Chairman Prince Barrister Chinedu Augustine Uburu has distributed Relief Materials to over four hundred 2022 flood victims in Ebonyi local government area

The distribution of relief materials worth over 7.5million naira to the 2022 victims of flood in Ebonyi Local Government Area of Ebonyi State at the Council’s Headquarters, Ugbodo.

The items distributed as coordinated by the council Chairman and supervised by the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) with their Counterpart here in Ebonyi State- Ebonyi State Emergency Management Agency (EB-SEMA), includes: Sewing Machines, Grinding/Blending Machines, Food items, Mattress, Mosquito Nets, Cooking Pots, Herbicide Sprayers, Stove, Textiles, etc.

While distributing the items to the vulnerable beneficiaries, the Council Chairman Uburu, therefore Commended Governor Nwifuru Francis and President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for their genial and munificent dispositions
for his outstanding leadership styles within his few months in office, which have endeared him to every Ebonyian, and noted without reservation that his leadership is people-oriented .

He noted that, Governor Nwifuru has never sleeps in order to make sure that he satisfies every Ebonyi man and woman

” Thus, i prayed God to continue to bless and sustain him in every of his undertaking”

In a similar manner, he also poured encomium on the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, President Bola Almed Tinubu, for his proactiveness and assistance to NEMA, through which they provided these relief materials and urged the would be beneficiaries to make judicious use of the items, as it will go along way to cushioning the effects of the flood disasters on them.
