Wedding ceremony disrupted as flood takes over hall in Warri 

A wedding ceremony in Warri, Delta state was disrupted on Saturday, July 15, after the hall to be used for the wedding reception was overtaken by flood water.

A viral video showed the well-decorated hall located along Refinery Road in Effurun, flooded with water.
