Michelle Obama, former first lady of United States, has celebrated Barack Obama, her husband, on his birthday.

Obama turned 62 on August 4, 2023.

In a Twitter post, Michelle shared a picture of her husband while referring to him as “my favorite thoughtful guy”.

“Happy birthday to my favorite, thoughtful guy. Love you always, @BarackObama,” she wrote.

Joe Biden, president of the United States of America, also took to social media to celebrate Obama.

He shared a photo of the both of them sitting and laughing.

The US president also described Obama as “my brother and friend”.

“Wishing my brother and friend @BarackObama, a very happy birthday,” he wrote.

Michelle and Barack got married on October 3, 1992 in Chicago. The union has been blessed with two children.

In July, the former US president shared a total of 41 songs from different music genres from around the world which he said he has been listening to over the summer.

’Sittin on Top of the World’ by Burna Boy and ‘Sability’ by Ayra Starr made the playlist.

The Nigerian singers had also made the former president’s favourite songs of the year list in 2022.
