The competition, supported by the MacArthur Foundation, is designed to strengthen clinical legal education and deepen students’ understanding of justice administration, particularly under the Administration of Criminal Justice Act (ACJA).
For their exceptional performance, the Caleb University team was awarded a ceremonial cheque of ₦200,000, underscoring the significance of their achievement.
The award was authenticated by Adedeji Adekunle, Chief Executive Officer of the JURITRUST Centre, who commended the team’s command of criminal procedure, persuasive advocacy, and confidence during rigorous judicial sessions.
